[ 速記 ] 而今 大吟釀 純米吟釀無濾過生酒

幸運的在銀座 Gsix Imadeya 遇見而今的單杯試飲；而今 大吟釀，紅色哈蜜瓜、麻糬、三盆糖氣息，質地柔軟、在舌面黏著力稍強的感受，辛口感稍弱，而尾韻表現綿延如流水細涓。

而今純米吟釀，無濾過生酒，無濾過是指沒有使用活性碳過濾，並非未上槽；相同的類蜜瓜香氣，然而稍微青春、多點草本的感覺，辛口的刺激感在口腔與喉頭感受較為明確，微苦尾韻浮現，混合米旨香氣在後端散布。

Jikon. Daiginjo and Jumai ginjo. Both with sweet melon, rice mochi, wasanbon sugar like aroma, but the jumai type has the particular signature of young, vivid, herbal like texture. Moreover, the karakuchi senses in Jumai is stronger within. Like a splash. In the meanwhile, the tail of Daiginjo is in resemblance to the quiet river.
